I went to Seattle early am on Memorial Day to visit my parents and bring home my kiddos who had been visiting Gramie and Papo for the week-end. On the way, I started feeling really worried (not sure what about, but worried). I prayed that He would show me what I was worried about or to take the feeling away. I then was prompted to call hubby and make sure everything was okay. The first thing I asked was "are you okay?" and of course he replied with "why?". I explained how I was feeling and turns out that no more than 10 minutes earlier he had cut his hand pretty bad. It probably could have used a couple of stitches, but if you know my hubby, you'd know that there was no trip to the doc!

I'm not sure if the worry and prompting was coincidence or a God thing, my faith is saying that it's a God thing! Our God is an awesome God!

Monkey's surgery.

Monkey had her adnoids and tonsils taken out this morning. The surgery went okay... She's been having bloody noses for the last couple of weeks and actually had one while in surgery. The doctor tried to stop the bleeding but wasn't successful, so he ended up cauterizing her nose.

She's now sleeping and refuses to take her pain meds... hopefully that isn't a sign of how our night is going to go :-\ Thanks to everyone for your prayers! God is good!
